Our programming also includes structured strength training to compliment your running by reducing the risk of injury, improving your running economy, correcting muscle imbalances, improving balance and stability and enhancing endurance. We are offering all 8 week challenge members 20% off our running assessments with our experienced physiotherapist Brianna Morgan to ensure you have the best opportunity to run pain free and efficiently.


If you choose the 8-week booty grow program, Taylor from Train With Taylor, has you covered with two booty-focused classes per week that target and tone your glutes from every angle with progressive overload built into our programming to ensure results.
