FORM is a low-impact strength and conditioning program designed for women over 50, those who are pregnant or postpartum, returning from injury or just starting their fitness journey. It's a safe, supportive space where you'll be coached with care - and challenged in the right ways.

Our programs are designed by our in-house physiotherapist Bri and our sports scientist Ash to help women move with confidence, strength and control - no matter their age or starting point.
